Exhaust Treatment Systems

  1. Acid & Alkali Scrubbers: Multi-stage packed bed scrubbers for continuous neutralization of corrosive gas streams (HCl, H2SO4, HNO3, NaOH). Engineered with high-efficiency mass transfer packing and tailored corrosion-resistant metallurgy (PP, FRP, SS316, etc.).

  2. VOC Treatment Systems: Advanced volatile organic compound abatement utilizing activated carbon adsorption, thermal oxidizers (RTO), and solvent exhaust (SOEX) recovery units engineered to satisfy stringent emission threshold limits.

  3. Particulate Removal: High-efficiency Bag Filter, Wet Electrostatic Precipitators (WESP) and Venturi Scrubbers capable of sub-micron particulate capture and aerosol mist elimination with low pressure drops.

  4. Ammonia (NH3) Scrubbing: Chemical absorption units achieving high neutralization efficiency, specifically optimized for spent catalyst treatment, thermal units, and process off-gas handling.

  5. Flue Gas Desulfurization (DeSOx): Wet and dry scrubbing systems engineered for high-efficiency SOx removal from boiler flue gas and industrial process emissions, fully compliant with DOE Clean Air Regulations.
